We do not offer representation in court nor do we act as your attorney-in-fact. However, our service includes clear instructions on the general procedure for you to file your documents yourself with the Clerk of Court for the appropriate county.
Before signing, you review the entire draft: the final responsibility for validating the information is yours, because it comes from your written responses. If you detect a typing error attributable to us within 30 days of delivery, we will correct it at no additional cost. Substantial term changes are quoted as a revision.
Each person whose signature is to be certified must sign before the Notary Public with their current photo identification (passport, driver’s license or ID, as the case may be). Also bring the details of the procedure: full names, addresses and what the institution asks of you. If the document requires witnesses or a signer cannot attend, please let us know in advance: you can sign in another session or, if the document qualifies, by video call (RON).
