Coverage in all 50 states · Official certified copies · Apostille and translation in the same hand · Remote management from any country · Spanish · English

All 50 states, one door

It doesn't matter if your record is in Florida, New York, Texas or Alaska: we identify the correct vital records office and handle the request according to that state's rules.

Official certified copies

We process certified copies issued by the state office — the format with official seal and signature required by consulates, registries and courts.

Ready to use in your country

If the destination is abroad, we also manage the apostille from the issuing state and, if needed, the translation — the document arrives prepared for submission.

without you traveling

The entire process can be done remotely: you give us the data, we manage the state office and the document travels by courier to where you indicate.

Is your process stopped by a record that does not arrive?

You don't know which office to ask for it.

In the US, there is no national civil registry: each state—and sometimes each county—has its own office, form, and requirements. Writing to the wrong place is wasted weeks.

Your country requires a specific format

Your country's consulate or registry asks for a recent certified and apostilled copy — and the simple or old copy you have will not be accepted.

is outside the United States

You need an American certificate for an inheritance, a marriage, a pension or a nationality — and you can't fly to the US to wait in line at a state office.

Your procedure has a deadline

The appointment at the consulate, the hearing or the closing of the inheritance do not wait. You need the right document, first time, realistically timed, and in writing.

What are vital records and how are they obtained?

Vital records are the official records of the events of a person’s civil life in the United States: birth, marriage, divorce, and death. Unlike many countries, the US does not have a national vital registry: each state issues them through its Office of Vital Statistics/Records, with its own forms, official fees, timing and eligibility rules — generally, only the holder and his or her immediate family can request a certified copy. The certified copy is the only version with legal value: it bears the seal and signature of the issuing office, and is the one required by consulates, foreign registries, courts and insurance companies. To use it outside the US, the document usually also requires an apostille from the same state that issued it, and in many destinations a certified translation. Our service brings all of those pieces together: we identify the correct office, prove eligibility, manage the certified copy, apostille and translation, and deliver the document in the US or the country where you need it.

  • Correct diagnosis from the beginning: We confirm which office issues your record, whether you are eligible to request it, and what the destination country or agency requires — before you pay anything.
  • Complete paperwork management: state forms, official fees, identity verification and file tracking — you don’t chase any office.
  • Complete international chain: certified copy, apostille from the issuing state and certified translation, coordinated in one hand so that no piece fails.
  • Clear service in Spanish: We explain requirements, times and alternatives in your language, without technicalities or fine print.
  • Deliver where you need it: at our Brickell office, at your US address or by international courier directly to your family or manager abroad.
  • Total cost in writing: Before starting, we confirm by WhatsApp the complete cost of the service and the realistic times of the issuing office.

A huge part of our registration clients do not live in the United States: children of Americans who process a nationality, families resolving an inheritance, couples who register their marriage in their country, pensioners who prove their marital status. The process works just as well remotely: you send us the data and your identification by WhatsApp or mail, we prove eligibility to the state office, obtain the certified copy, manage the apostille from the issuing state and the certified translation if your destination requires it, and the document travels by courier with tracking to your door — in Latin America, Europe or wherever you are.

Frequently asked questions about vital records

They are the official records of the civil events of a person in the United States: birth, marriage, divorce and death. They are issued by the vital records office of the state where the event occurred, and the version with legal value is the certified copy, with an official seal and signature.

Each state, through its Bureau or Office of Vital Statistics/Records — there is no national civil registry. That is why the first step of any procedure is to identify the state (and sometimes the county) where the birth, marriage or death occurred: there, and only there, is the certificate issued.

Yes — our service covers all 50 states. We know the differences in forms, official fees, processing times and eligibility rules of each office, and we manage the application according to the rules of the issuing state.

It is the official copy of the document issued by the state office, with a seal and signature that proves its authenticity. Consulates, foreign registries, courts and insurers require it because a photocopy or informative copy has no legal value — and many organizations also require that it be recent.

It depends on the state and the type of certificate: in general, the holder and his or her immediate family (parents, children, spouse) can request it by proving identity and relationship; Eligibility rules for death certificates vary by state. By reviewing your case we confirm if you are eligible and what documents you need to present.

Depending on the destination and receiving authority, an apostille may be required. The competent authority in the issuing state authenticates the certificate’s origin for use in Hague Convention countries; final acceptance depends on the receiving authority. We manage it as part of the service, along with the certified translation if your destination requires it.

Yes. Depending on the state, the document available is the divorce certificate from the vital records office or the decree issued by the court that issued the divorce — we confirm which corresponds to your case and manage it with your apostille if the destination requires it.

Yes — we coordinate the certified translation of the document and its apostille when required by the destination agency, so that the package arrives complete and prepared for submission. Tell us the country and the organization, and we will confirm which translation format they accept.

Yes — it is the most common case. You send us the data and your identification, we manage the application, the certified copy, the apostille and the translation, and the document arrives to you by international courier with tracking to any country.

It depends on the issuing office: each state has its own processing times, and some offer expedited options. When you confirm your request, we give you a realistic estimate in writing — and if your process has a deadline, tell us from the beginning to choose the fastest route available.

It depends on the type of document, the issuing state and whether you need an apostille, translation or international shipping. Write to us on WhatsApp with the details of your case and we will confirm the exact total cost in writing before you start, with no hidden charges.

Those of the recorded fact: full names as they appear in the record, date and place (state and, if known, county or city), and their relationship to the owner. Additionally, a current photo ID to prove eligibility to the state office.

No — they are issued exclusively by state vital records offices. We are a private manager: we prepare and submit the correct application, prove your eligibility, follow up and complete the apostille, translation and delivery. We are not a government agency nor do we control official times.

Yes — they are the sister pages of this service: the Proof of Life for Venezuelans (IVSS, banks and registries) and the Survival certificate for Colombian pensioners (Colpensiones, FOPEP and private funds), both with in-person appearance in Miami or by video call.
